DSA Encore is always on the lookout for new team members to fill open positions and/or enhance our ability to serve our customers.
Whether on the front-lines or working behind the scenes, our employees are tenaciously committed to providing best-in-class results faster and less expensively than our competitors. Our ability to do this is rooted in teamwork, process, vision, and an unquestioned commitment to our clients’ goals.
We strive to maintain an atmosphere where our employees flourish as confident, out of the box thinkers who persistently push the limits of possibility. Professional development here doesn’t come in the form of fancy titles or regular promotions—but instead by rising to meet new challenges, learning new skills, and doing things never done before or never imagined. We want our employees to thrive in an atmosphere where the impossible is transformed into the possible.

DSA employees get excited every day by doing things that others said couldn’t be done. We advocate for new solutions when old tricks simply don’t work. We reject clinging onto old ideas because of tradition, and encourage the bravery and vision it takes to grab a new idea and showcase the gains it holds.
The ability to multitask is essential, and sits at the core of our ethos: a flexible group without clashing egos that jumps in to fulfill roles far removed from their principal job description keeps our staff lean—and client costs low. At DSA, a VP driving a fork lift, our President working on a marketing campaign, or a manager jumping in to help a demo crew isn’t unusual—it’s commonplace.

Innovation and the entrepreneurial spirit are embedded in our DNA. In the past two decades alone, we have launched half a dozen successful companies, reinvented ourselves several times, introduced innovative new technologies to the data center industry, and been awarded multiple U.S. patents.
DSA is an exciting place to work. We have fun and we respect each other. New challenges will constantly push you. Our entire business model works because of our employees’ talent, trust and commitment to excellence.
